3. Drumohr monochromatic look / ドルモアのモノクロコーディネート
Drumohr displayed a wide range of colorfully patterned and textured pieces at Pitti, but this monochromatic look caught my eye. It still creates interest by mixing patterns and textures but in a quieter, more sophisticated way.

Translated as ‘golden slipper,’ Pantofola d’oro has been making shoes in Italy since 1886. With many styles on offer, this is still my favorite. Wear them on or off the pitch with everything from jeans to suits. Goal!

I liked this jacket when I first saw it in Drake’s creative look book, but it’s even better in person. Made in just the right shade of Italian Crosta suede, with horn buttons and triple stitched seams, this jacket will be a treasure for generations.

I like chunky tweed overcoats. This one with its oversized houndstooth pattern, brought to life from Johnston’s archives, has the added value of being waterproof.

Altea makes some beautiful garments. A cashmere, spray dyed cardigan in fjord blue is just what I need in my closet. Luxurious, versatile and quietly unique.

13. Stefano Cau scarf / ステファノ・カウのスカーフ
I like garments with a story. This lightweight scarf worn by Giorgia is made of habutai silk (literally translated to feather-two-layer)
The pattern was inspired by the tile work on an Armenian church which Stefano and Giorgia visited on a recent trip to Israel. A gum finish was added to soften the fabric and mute the colors.

Another shirt jacket. This one in Harris Tweed with a quilted lining. Perfect three season jacket for the country gentleman.

16. Ernesto sportcoat / エルネストのスポーツコート
A jacket in a brown watch pattern as apposed to the more common black watch is a fresh look. I like this one from Ernesto for its soft construction. Easy elegance.

よくあるブラックウォッチ柄ではなく、ブラウンウォッチのジャケットは、新鮮です。エルネストのこのジャケットは、ソフトコンストラクションなのが気に入りました。イージーエレガンス。

I had to pick this silk pocket square depicting a traditional Japanese scene with the thought of keeping the Japanese spirit close to my heart.

私が、日本の心を大切にしている証拠として、日本の伝統的なシーンを描いているこのシルクのポケットチーフを選びました。

18. Belvest overcoat / ベルヴェストのオーバーコート
Houndstooth pattern is definitely having a moment. A gentleman wearing this overcoat by Belvest would cut a rakish figure indeed. In a word-sublime.

千鳥格子柄は今のトレンドの一つです。ベルヴェストのこのオーバーコートを羽織れば、ラキッシュな印象を与えること間違いなしです。

Here is another example of a casual suit. This one by Caruso, with a boxy jacket and generously cut trousers hits just the right balance between casual and elegant.

カジュアルスーツのもう一つの例です。カルーゾによるこちらは、ボクシーなジャケットと、たっぷりカットされたパンツが、カジュアルとエレガントの間のちょうど良いバランスです。

20. Borsalino hat / ボルサリーノの帽子
Borsalino hats are almost de rigueur at Pitti Uomo. I like this one for its neutral color, tone and texture.
