日英の職人（プロフェッショナル）たちによる特別なビスポーク
VIBROA
ブランデッド・レジデンスを手掛ける高級不動産会社。CEOの吉田利行氏は、銀行員やファンドマネージャーとしての経験を経て「邸宅を建てて終わりにしない」コンシェルジュ型のサービスを掲げ、同社を設立。土地の選定、設計・施工、金融機関との橋渡しにとどまらず、竣工後の資産管理や暮らしのサポートにまで対応する体制を構築している。〈Nº001 Minami Aoyama Designed by Aston Martin〉では、素材ひとつ妥協しないアストンマーティンのデザイン哲学を、日本の法制度に適合させる建築的ブリッジ役も担当。初期段階から毎週のようにオンライン会議を重ね、デベロッパー、施工会社、設計者、本国デザインチーム、そして施主を交えた共創スタイルでプロジェクトを推進した。
日本の家は築年数とともに価値が下がるのが一般的だが、英国には古い家ほど価値が高まる文化が根付いている。
―――アストンマーティンが東京で個人邸を手掛ける!? そんな驚きをもって話題を呼んだプロジェクト〈Nº001 Minami Aoyama Designed by Aston Martin〉が竣工。地下2階・地上2階、南青山という希少な地に相応しい、唯一無二の邸宅である。
部屋から愛車を眺められる「オートモーティブギャラリー」と呼ばれる空間。車庫を隣接させるアイデアは、自動車メーカーならでは。
このプロジェクトは、“長く遺るもの” を尊ぶアストンの美学と、“資産価値のある住まい” の必要性を感じていたVIBROAの吉田利行CEOの理念が響き合い、始動した。単にロゴを貼るだけのコラボではなく、アストンがデザイン監修を担い、家具に至るまで世界観を統一。さらに、日本最高峰の木工、溶接、石材加工職人を集結し、日本の名匠たちの技術を結集。その緻密な仕事ぶりには、アストンのデザインチームも驚嘆したという。
110年以上の歴史をもつアストンマーティンのデザイン哲学と、日本の名匠による手仕事が随所に息づく、まさに“ビスポーク邸宅”。
さながら芸術作品のような自動車同様、余すところなく贅を尽くし、作り手にも光を当てた“ビスポーク邸宅”。目に見える華やかさよりも、時とともに深まりゆく価値。現代の“暮らし”における、真のラグジュアリーとは何か？ この邸宅はその本質を物語っている。
