In 1999 the successful Denim Division was added to offer shirts that harmonized better with the growing trend of wearing jeans and khakis with unconstructed jackets. Inspired by American 5 pocket jeans, shirts in the Denim Division incorporated details such as selvedge trim, rivets and snap buttons.

Most recently, Orian has introduced its Active line. The fabric used in these shirts is made of 85% recycled plastic sourced from the world’s oceans combined with 15% elastin for comfort and performance.The fabric is treated to give it antibacterial properties as well as making it stain resistant. These shirts are environmentally friendly, low maintenance and easy to care for. The wrinkle free property makes them perfect for travel. One can wear these shirts in good conscience, knowing that while being comfortable and looking good, one is also helping to alleviate the perilous situation with the world’s oceans.
