今回は、だんだん暑くなってきた夏の晩酌に最適なおつまみをご紹介。鳥レバーというと、家で調理するには処理が難しそうだが、流水で洗うなど実はそれほど大変ではない。ささっと下処理したら、あとは茹でて、そのまま放置するだけ。調理時間約20分で簡単に出来るのがポイントだ。
