外でお酒を飲む機会がなくなっている今、「おうちごはん」「家飲み」を充実させようという方も多いのでは? というわけで、今回は「おうちでビストロ」気分が味わえる一品、「牛ほほ肉の赤ワイン煮込み」に挑戦!

牛ほほ肉を、細かく切った野菜と合わせて、赤ワインに漬けみ、寝かせること一晩。翌日、たっぷりと赤ワインと野菜の旨味が染み込んだほほ肉を、さらに野菜と旨味たっぷりの味付け調味料を加えて煮込もう。付け合わせにはマッシュポテトを。こちらはレモン汁を加えてサッパリ仕上げると、こってりなお肉とのバランスもよくオススメだ。赤ワインにも相性抜群、ご馳走感満載な一品の出来上がり。

肉を寝かす時間を除けば、調理時間は約60分。天気模様もいまいちな休日、まずは肉の仕込みからゆったりはじめてみてはいかがだろうか?
