本日は、ひと手間加えることで楽しみ倍増のおつまみをご紹介。

つくねはおつまみの定番だが、ここに「ピーマン」を加えることでぐっと味わいの幅が広がる。ピーマンは氷水に入れて1~2時間、冷蔵庫で冷やしておくと、後でパリパリのお皿変わりに。鳥ヤゲン軟骨やネギ、生姜などと合わせて団子状にしたら、魚焼きグリルで焼きながらタレを作っておくのも時短のコツ。

軽く焦げ目がついて焼きあがったら、塩とタレの2種で薬味も使い分けて味わおう。つくねの茹で汁をスープとしていただくのもまた美味しい。日本酒にもビールにも、バッチリ合う3品が出来上がり!
