なすの揚げものというと、通常は天ぷらをイメージするが、これを唐揚げにするとかなり簡単に仕上げることが出来るのだ。カラッと揚がったら、山椒塩やお好みのスパイスをかけていただこう。サクサクの衣と、アツアツなすの食感がたまらなく美味! 子どもも喜ぶこと間違いなしだ。
