6.次に「つみれ汁」の作り方を。
まずは汁をつくる。大根は5センチくらいをイチョウ切り、人参半本は5ミリくらいの輪切りにします。長ネギは斜め切りに。
鍋に水5カップを入れ、大根と人参を煮る。

雨が降ったり止んだり、すっきりしない天気が続く。そんな連休最終日は、家でゆったり晩酌~夕飯のおつまみを仕込んでみては? 

今回の食材は「イワシ」。生魚は、最初の下処理が少々面倒だが、これさえ済ませればあとは短時間で自在にアレンジできる。というわけで、今回も多めに捌いて一気に3品を作ってしまおう。

日本酒にもぴったりの「たたき」の和え物、それから、肌寒い日にもおすすめな「つみれ汁」、子供のおやつにもばっちりな「骨せんべい」。の3部作。一度にどんどん作れば、夕飯の食卓もヘルシーかつ華やかに!
