GWも最終日、長い休み明けに向けて元気をつけるべく、今回は最近スーパーでもよく見かける「豚タン料理」に挑戦! 豚のタンをシンプルに茹でて、ネギ塩ダレをかけるだけでおうち居酒屋気分が味わえる一品だ。

柔らかに茹で上がったタンは、ネギ塩だれはレモンや生姜を効かせてサッパリと。下処理を含めて約40分ほどかかるが、他のホルモンよりクセも少ないのでビールとともにどんどんお箸がすすむ。今宵の晩酌に、是非お試しあれ!
