ぐっと気温も低くなり冬の到来を感じる季節。今回はカラダを芯から温めるには、スープがおすすめだ。そこで今回は、旬のきのこや根菜をたっぷり使ったポタージュを作ってみよう。

繊維質の豊富なきのこは、腸活にも◎。お好みで4~5種類入れてみると味にも深みが増す。ごぼうを加えることで、さらに食感や香りもよくなる。アツアツのポタージュには、パンなどを浸してもよし。白ワインとも相性抜群なので、おうちでビストロ風に楽しもう。
