せせりは、むね肉やもも肉とは違って弾力のある歯ごたえが特徴。焼き鳥屋さんでいただくイメージがあるが、最近では普通のスーパーで手に入ることも多く、所要時間も20分と短いので自宅でも簡単に作れる。せせりとニンニクの芽の、歯ごたえのバランスもばっちり。合わせだれには、オイスターソースの風味を効かせるのもポイントだ。ビールとの相性も抜群の中華おつまみ、連休を使って是非トライしてみよう。
