大人も子どもも大好物な「唐揚げ」。2022年最初のレシピは、これを里芋で作ってみよう。お正月の煮物などで里芋が残っているという方にもおすすめしたいアレンジテクだ。じっくり煮た里芋に、片栗粉をはたいてカラッと揚げるだけ! ビールがすすむ大人のおつまみでありながら、子どもも煮物より食べやすかったりする。

ちなみにこの「煮物の唐揚げ」テクは、筑前煮などその他の煮物があまったときにも応用できるので覚えておこう。蓮根やタケノコがカラッと揚がった唐揚げも美味! お正月料理のアレンジに、是非お試しあれ。
