少し寒くなってきた秋の週末晩ごはん、今回は子どもも大好物な「焼売」をテーマに、いつもとちょっと趣向を変えて一工夫してみよう。

手間もかけずにレンジでチン!で簡単にできるコチラの焼売、いつもの挽肉に加えて隠し食材は、茄子。秋茄子を細かく刻んだものを混ぜ合わせることで、茄子が肉汁をよく吸い、とってもジューシーに仕上がるのだ。そして焼売の皮で包まずに、切ったものを張り付けるだけというのも嬉しい時短テク。レンジで6~7分加熱して肉に火が通ったら出来上がり。
