【ケニーノ赤峰のおうち居酒屋食堂】vol.52 イカ焼き

時間がゆっくりある週末には、おつまみを仕込んでみるのもよい。今回は、スルメイカを一晩寝かせて作る簡単おつまみをご紹介。

生のイカを処理するとなると難しそうに見えるかもしれないが、ここで使うのは乾燥スルメイカなので、誰でも簡単にトライできる。これを保存袋に入れて日本酒で一晩、漬け込むのがポイント。翌日柔らかくなったところで、ネギや小麦粉、卵を混ぜてお好み焼き風にアレンジ! 

 ソースやマヨネーズをお好みでつけても美味。ビールに合わせて、屋台気分でおつまみを味わえるというわけだ。今宵のうちからイカを漬けておいて、明日の夜の晩酌を楽しみに、新たな週を迎えてみては?

・青ネギ 2〜3束<br />
・玉子 2個<br />
・小麦粉 100g<br />
