今回のテーマは、大人も子どもも大好きな「餃子」。家庭によって、食材や隠し味のネタはさまざまだが、餃子をジューシーに仕上げるとっておきのネタをご紹介しよう。

基本食材である挽肉、キャベツ、ネギ、生姜やニンニクなどは同じ。ここに加えるのが「お麩」だ。お麩をすりおろして粉末状にし、ネタに合わせてよく混ぜ込むのがコツ。お麩は保水力が高いので、ジューシーな仕上がりになるというわけだ。

すべてのネタを合わせたら、冷蔵庫でしっかり寝かせるのも美味しく仕上げるポイント。昼のうちから下準備をして、今宵の食卓に、いかがでしょうか? ビールや冷酒と合わせて、美味しくいただけること間違いナシ!
