健康にもよい魚料理は、家でもコンスタントに取り入れたいが、骨抜きや下処理の手間があるので平日だとなかなかゆっくり調理する時間がなかったりする。そんなわけで、週末の時間があるときにトライしてみよう。

今回ご紹介するのは、旬の鯖に少し手間を加えた一皿。もちろんシンプルに塩焼きだけでも美味しいが、ここに舞茸を加えたり、大根や生姜おろしの栄養たっぷりな餡かけの餡をかけたりすれば一気に小料理屋の味! ひと手間かかるとはいっても、意外に30分程度で出来てしまうのでおすすめだ。
