三角筋中部とは…
肩を覆っている三角筋。「前部」「中部」「後部」から構成される。中でも、肩の真横に位置する三角筋中部を中心に鍛えることで、効率よく肩幅を広くできる。



大きく丸い肩は、男らしいシルエット作りに欠かせない

スーツを着こなす上で、胸やお腹、二の腕は常に意識しているのに、意外と抜け落ちてしまう部位がある。それが「肩」。一見小さな筋肉と感じるかもしれないが、実は肩の筋肉にあたる「三角筋中部」をしっかりと鍛えると、肩幅が広がり上半身のラインにエッジが立ち、たくましく男らしいシルエットを作ることができる。

肩の筋肉を鍛えるのにまず思い浮かぶトレーニングといえば、「ショルダープレス」がある。両手にダンベルを持ち、肩の高さから頭上に持ち上げる動作のトレーニングだが、負荷や動作軌道など、十分に気をつけて行わないと怪我のリスクも高い種目だ。そこで今回は、軽い負荷(=重さ)でもしっかりと効果が得られ、しかも安全に行える肩のダンベルトレーニングを紹介する。
