今回は、巷で流行っている「こねないハンバーグ」をアレンジ。こねないことにより、肉肉しい感じになり、いつものハンバーグとは違う食感が楽しめる。並べたハンバーグの間に玉ねぎも敷き詰めて、簡単なデミグラス風ソースで煮込めば生焼けの心配もなし。こねない分、所要時間も約20分と簡単にできるので是非トライしてみよう。雨模様の週末、赤ワインと合わせて乾杯!
