冷え込む週末には、熱燗に合う一品が欲しいもの。そこで今回は、「卯の花の五目煮」をご紹介。

人参、しいたけ、ごぼう、糸蒟蒻、竹輪などお好みの具をたっぷり用意し、これらを炒めておからに合えれば完成だ。少し卯の花を残しておいて卵焼きの具として活用すれば、簡単にもう1品が出来上がり。熱燗がどんどんすすむ、おうちで居酒屋気分になれるほっこりおつまみだ。
