【ケニーノ赤峰のおうち居酒屋食堂】vol.45 きのこと里芋のみぞれ鍋

寒い日にぴったりの鍋物、今回は「きのこと里芋」を主役にした一品をご紹介。里芋を投入することで、腹もちもよく、スープにとろみがつくのがオススメポイントだ。所要時間は、約30分とさほどかからないのも嬉しい点。きのこの出汁を里芋や油揚げ、豆腐がたっぷり吸い込んで、時間が経つほど美味しくなる。

薬味には、柚子やみつばがオススメ。日本酒の熱燗にはもちろんだが、赤ワインにも実は相性抜群なのでお試しあれ。 鍋の〆には、雑炊かうどんを投入で体の底から温まろう!

・きのこ色々(なめこ1パック、椎茸4〜5枚、えのき半パック、しめじ半パックなど)<br />

・豚肉薄切り 150g<br />

・豆腐 小1パック<br />
