こちらの記事に引き続き、ここからは編集長・平澤も交えて、ダルクオーレ トラウザーズのクオリティをレビュー。今季の新作とともに、その魅力を解説しよう。
マシンメイドでも佇まいはサルト製パンツ
小曽根 ダルクオーレの既製パンツが始動！と聞いたときは、“多分価格は10万円くらいかな”なんて予想していましたけれど、蓋を開けてみれば4万円台〜！これは驚きましたよね。
平澤 サルトリアのパンツとしては信じられない価格だね。
小曽根 で、ビスポークのように手縫いではなくマシンメイドと聞いたときは納得した一方で、“じゃあ、どこかのOEMファクトリーに生産を委託してるってことね……”と邪推してしまったのですが、まさかの自社製ということで再びテンション最高潮！という次第です。
ビスポークで培ったパターンメイキングの技を惜しみなく注入。
平澤 ジャケットは手縫いとミシン縫いで仕上がりや着心地が大きく変わってくるけれど、パンツに関しては型紙とかの設計が一番重要で、縫製はジャケットほどハンドとマシンの差が大きくないとも言われているよね。
小曽根 ですね。設計に関しては超一流パンタロナイオのパスクァーレ・ダルクオーレさんが手がけているので、つまりコスパとしてはかつてないほど優秀ということになります。
既製シリーズの設計はすべてパスクァーレの手によるもの。
平澤 実際に穿いたところを見ても、さすがサルトリアのパンツ！という感じだね。クリースもピシッと落ちているし、実寸には適度なゆとりがあるのに、見た目はスラッとスマートに見える。上半身も含めて、スタイル全体が美しく見えるのが凄い。
小曽根 そうなんです。マシンメイドでもサルト製パンツのよさがしっかり生きているんですよね。素晴らしい！
異なる魅力を宿した２モデルに注目！
PADDOK
「ゆとりがあるのにスマート。これぞサルト製の醍醐味」（平澤）

小曽根 では、今回meSTOREで買い付けしたパンツを具体的に見ていきましょうか。まずは「パドック」。サイドアジャスターつきのベルトレス、2プリーツのモデルですね。
平澤 サルトリアテイストが色濃いクラシックパンツだね。ひと昔前は趣味性の強い上級者向けパンツというイメージがあったけれど、今やすっかり定番化したと思う。アジャスター付きだからウエストの微調整もできるし、フィット感の心配はほとんどないはず。
小曽根 そうですね。昨シーズンはウールのキャバリーツイルをmeSTOREで展開しましたが、今季はベージュのコットンツイルをバイイングしています。
平澤 コットンパンツだけれどドレス感のある雰囲気。ジャケットに合わせてタイドアップしてもいいし、夏場ならポロシャツ一枚で着ても格調高さをキープできそう。それでいて、どこかモダンな雰囲気も漂うのがダルクオーレらしいところだね。
小曽根 サルトリアのパンツはクラシック感が強すぎて着こなしを選ぶものも少なくないですが、これは汎用性も高そうです。さて、もうひとつフィーチャーしたいのが「タンジェリ」モデル。こちらはドローコードとシャーリングウエストを取り入れたリラックス仕様です。
TANGERI
「格調高さと寛ぎ感のかつてない両立」（小曽根）

平澤 サルトリアのパンツでドローコード。これは新機軸！ 日本のリクエストなのかな？
小曽根 実はそうじゃなく、ダルクオーレが自ら提案してきたそうです。サルトは伝統にこだわりを持っている人が多いので、普通こういうことはやりたがらないものなのですが……。
平澤 かねてから柔軟な姿勢でショップからのリクエストに応えてきたダルクオーレにとっては朝飯前ということだね。シルエットは「パドック」と同じ？
小曽根 １プリーツ仕様なので若干スポーティに見えますが、同じシルエットを採用しています。一般的なリラックスパンツよりも格式ある一本がほしいという方にぴったりですね。
平澤 これはありそうでなかったバランス。クラシックファンも納得の出来ばえです！
PADDOK
サルトリアルな魅力が光るドレス仕立て
2プリーツやサイドアジャスターなど、サルトリアテイストが光るクラシックモデル「パドック」。meSTOREでは今季、軽快なコットンツイルで展開する。タックをとったマーベルトなど内部まで本格仕立て。内側のフロントはジッパーフライ仕様だ。4万6200円

meSTORE別注で2WAY仕様に
ドローコードとエラスティックウエストで快適性を高めた「タンジェリ」。meSTOREでは、ドローコードを内側に引き抜いて隠せる仕様に別注。紐がトップスの裾から覗いて邪魔なときには、パンツの内側で紐を結べるようにカスタマイズしている。4万7300円
